Operating commercial property is both risky and challenging. Owners of commercial properties are affected by conditions that are beyond their control such as new business formation, new construction of property, zoning, and operating costs.
I use my economic analyses to forecast the conditions that affect commercial property. This "top down" approach to property management reduces the risk for the owner because I structure lease terms based upon current and forecasted economic conditions.
I have 14 years of experience as a business owner, so I understand what businesses need to survive and thrive. As a property manager I will select stable, established business owners who have a business plan that I think will be successfully executed and will compliment other tenants at the property.
My commercial property management services are flexible. I can customize a management plan for you that includes leasing; rent collection; bill, loan, and property tax payment; accounting and reporting (including multiple owners and investors); corrective and preventative maintenance; project management; and tenant relations.
I also offer tenant brokerage and leasing agent services for entrepreneurs who either need to find space for their business or for owners who need tenants.
