About StreetRents
StreetRents was founded by Drew Lamb as a vehicle for him to apply a variety of his skills for the benefit of his southern Oregon clients.

Drew began working as a real estate consultant in 1993 when he was contracted by CTL Management Inc., a subsidiary of Randall Realty Corp. of Portland, Oregon. CTL Management/Randall Realty manage and own approximately 10,000 apartment units in Portland, Seattle, and Sacramento.
Drew joined CTL Management as an employee and was admitted into CTL's M.I.T. program. From 1993 to 1998 he held property management positions including Leasing Consultant, Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Resident Manager, and Area Property Manager. As an Area Property Manager he was responsible for the operation of 8 garden style multifamily properties totaling 1299 units located within Bellevue, Des Moines, Federal Way, and Tacoma, Washington.
From 1999 to 2001 Drew served as President and Designated Property Manager of Apt Property Management Corp. of Medford, Oregon where he operated a portfolio of single family and multifamily properties. He developed property management accounting systems and repositioned his clients' assets to take advantage of a market with high demand and limited supply of residential rentals.
Drew specializes in turn-arounds, transitioning new acquisitions, repositioning assets for sale or refinance, and leasing in soft markets.
He currently holds an Oregon Real Estate Property Manager license.
